IBM STUDENTS REPRESENT NBSC AT UP SMES ENTRELYMPICS 2026
Students from the Institute for Business Management of Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC-IBM) participated in the UP SMES Entrelympics 2026, held at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) on March 7-8, 2026.
Organized by the UP Society of Management and Economics Students (UP SMES), this year’s Entrelympics carried the theme “Ad Astra Innovatio (Innovation to the Stars): Unlocking Stellar Opportunities for MSMEs Through Digitalization.” The event brought together student innovators from various universities to explore entrepreneurial solutions and digital strategies to support the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Representing NBSC were Angelica P. Anlagan, Fryznelle Gee C. Tagalog, Eigen Earl Ramos, and Norman Tuto, with Dr. Sheilou Amor B. Ubagan serving as their mentor.
During the two-day event, participants engaged in seminars, networking and skill-building activities, and a series of competitions designed to strengthen entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and collaboration among young business leaders.
The involvement of IBM students demonstrates NBSC’s dedication to cultivating aspiring entrepreneurs and extending education through experiences that go beyond traditional instruction. Their presence in the national gathering highlights the College’s continued efforts to expose its community to wider academic platforms, while bringing pride and recognition through the admirable representation of its delegates.
